Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SpellClock application and related services developed by Galaxicore.

By downloading, installing, or using SpellClock, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the application.

1. What SpellClock Is

SpellClock is a manual timer overlay for tracking enemy battle spell cooldowns in MOBA games. It supports Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (by Moonton), Honor of Kings (by TiMi / Level Infinite), and Arena of Valor (by TiMi / Level Infinite).

SpellClock is an independent third-party app. It has no affiliation with, endorsement from, or relationship with any game developer. SpellClock does not read, modify, access, or interact with any game data, memory, or processes in any way. All timers are started manually by the user. SpellClock functions as a visual overlay only.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use SpellClock. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users found to be under 13.

3. Account Registration

To access SpellClock, you must create an account using a valid email address and password. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
• Not share your account with any other person
• Notify us immediately at spellclock@galaxicore.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Display name (nickname): Your account is assigned an auto-generated nickname (e.g., SpellClock1) at registration. This nickname is display-only, is not your login credential, and may be changed at any time from the Account tab. Nicknames are not unique.

No username: SpellClock uses your email address as your login credential. There is no username field.

SpellClock offers the following access tiers:

5. Subscriptions and Billing

5.1 Subscription Plans

Paid subscriptions are processed exclusively through Google Play Billing. By subscribing, you also agree to Google Play's Terms of Service.

The following subscription products are available:

• **Monthly — Standard:** ₱199/month
• **Monthly — Referred:** ₱149/month (permanently applied when you register using a valid Creator referral code)
• **Yearly — Standard:** ₱999/year
• **Yearly — Referred:** ₱949/year (permanently applied when you register using a valid Creator referral code)

Referred pricing is tied to the Google Play subscription product and remains active for all renewals, regardless of the Creator's account status.

5.2 Billing and Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically through Google Play at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You authorize Google Play to charge your payment method on file.

5.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Google Play Store (Play Store → Subscriptions → SpellClock → Cancel). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.

5.4 Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Google Play in accordance with their refund policies. SpellClock does not process refunds directly.

5.5 Chargebacks

If a chargeback is initiated on a subscription payment, your access will be suspended immediately and any Creator commission associated with that payment will be voided. Repeated chargebacks may result in permanent account termination.

5.6 Plan Upgrades

Monthly subscribers may upgrade to a yearly plan at any time through the VIP tab. Remaining days on the current monthly period are prorated and added to the yearly plan.

6. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 2-day free trial with full pro access. The trial is tied to your account and to the device identifier (SSAID) used at registration. Each device is eligible for a maximum of 3 trial accounts per 24-hour period. Trial eligibility checks are device-based and persist for 2 years after account deletion to prevent abuse.

After the trial expires, your account transitions to the Free tier unless you subscribe.

7. Ad System

SpellClock displays rewarded ads only, under the following strict rules:

• Rewarded ads are **user-initiated only** — you tap "Watch Ad" to earn ad credit
• Ads are **never** shown while the overlay is active
• Ads are **never** shown automatically or during gameplay
• Ads are **only** shown to free post-trial users
• Subscribers, Creators, Admins, gifted access users, and free trial users **never** see ads

Ad credit is earned by watching rewarded ads and is used to unlock the overlay for free users. Ad credit has a maximum balance of 25 minutes (1,500 seconds). A streak bonus applies: watching 4 consecutive ads in a session doubles the credit earned on the 4th ad.

8. Overlay and App Use

8.1 Manual Use Only

SpellClock is a manual timing tool. You are responsible for tapping buttons at the correct time. SpellClock makes no guarantee of timer accuracy relative to in-game events.

8.2 Overlay Permission

SpellClock requires the Android "Display over other apps" permission (SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW) to function as an overlay. You grant this permission voluntarily via the Android system settings dialog. You may revoke this permission at any time through your device settings; doing so will prevent the overlay from functioning.

8.3 Third-Party Game Policies

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of SpellClock complies with the terms of service of any game you use it alongside. SpellClock does not access, read, or modify game data, but some game developers may have policies regarding third-party overlay tools. We are not responsible for any consequences arising from a game developer's enforcement of their own policies against you.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Create fake accounts or use automated tools to generate accounts at scale
• Exploit the free trial by deleting and re-creating accounts to obtain additional trial access
• Use bots, scripts, or automated systems to interact with SpellClock
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app or its backend systems
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, security systems, or access controls
• Subscribe through your own Creator referral code to generate fraudulent commission
• Impersonate any game developer or imply any official affiliation between SpellClock and any game
• Use SpellClock in any way that violates applicable law

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination, at our sole discretion.

10. Creator Program

10.1 Participation

The Creator Program is available by invitation only. Creators must redeem a Creator Invite Code issued by the Owner or Secretary and accept the PH Creator Partnership Agreement (available at https://spellclock.galaxicore.com/agreements/creator-ph-v1) before gaining Creator status.

The Creator Partnership Agreement governs all aspects of the Creator relationship including commission rates, payout terms, conduct requirements, and agreement duration. These Terms of Service apply alongside the Creator Agreement; in the event of any conflict, the Creator Agreement governs Creator-specific matters.

10.2 Referral Code

Upon accepting the Creator Agreement, you set a permanent referral code (4–16 alphanumeric characters, uppercase). This code cannot be changed after it is set. It is independent of your display nickname.

10.3 Commission

Creators earn commission on paid subscriptions from users who registered using their referral code. Commission is not earned on free tier users, ad revenue, or payments made while the Creator account is inactive. Commission rates and payout terms are detailed in the Creator Agreement.

10.4 Conduct

Creators must promote SpellClock honestly and accurately. Creators must not misrepresent SpellClock's features, pricing, or relationship to any game. Full conduct requirements are specified in the Creator Agreement.

11. Gifted Access

Gifted Access is a temporary elevated access grant issued by the Owner or Secretary for events, giveaways, contests, and beta testing. It is not a permanent subscription.

• Gifted access requires an existing SpellClock account — it cannot be granted to unregistered users
• Gifted access expires according to the duration granted (7 days, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or Lifetime)
• Upon expiry, if you have an active subscription, you continue as a Subscriber; otherwise, you revert to the Free tier
• The Owner or Secretary may revoke gifted access at any time

12. Account Deletion

Subscriber and Free users may delete their account from the Account tab. Upon deletion:

• You are logged out immediately
• A **24-hour recovery window** begins — contact spellclock@galaxicore.com within this window if the deletion was unintentional
• After 24 hours, your account is permanently finalized and most personal data is deleted or anonymized
• Financial records are retained as required by law

Accounts that have been deleted 4 or more times are finalized immediately, with no recovery window. This prevents abuse of the trial system.

Creator accounts must be closed by contacting spellclock@galaxicore.com, pending payout settlement. Admin, Secretary, and Owner accounts are managed at the staff level and cannot be self-deleted through the app.

13. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent activity (including chargeback abuse or referral fraud)
• Create fake accounts or circumvent access controls
• Violate the Creator Agreement (if applicable)

Upon termination for cause, any earned but unpaid Creator commission is forfeited. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of a termination decision unless doing so would compromise security or integrity of the service.

You may terminate your own account at any time as described in Section 12.

14. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design, and code in SpellClock — including the name "SpellClock," the "By Galaxicore" branding, overlay graphics, and email templates — is owned by Galaxicore and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use SpellClock solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, redistribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of SpellClock without our express written permission.

Third-party trademarks: Mobile Legends: Bang Bang is a trademark of Moonton. Honor of Kings and Arena of Valor are trademarks of TiMi Studio Group / Level Infinite. These names are used for descriptive purposes only. SpellClock is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these companies.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

SpellClock is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times
• Timer accuracy will match in-game events
• The app will be compatible with any specific device, game version, or Android OS version
• Any bugs or errors will be corrected within a specific timeframe

Your use of SpellClock is at your own risk.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Galaxicore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of SpellClock, including but not limited to:

• Loss of game progress or in-game standing
• Account suspension by any game developer
• Data loss
• Inaccurate timers

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of SpellClock shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us (via Google Play) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

17. Service Changes

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, update, or discontinue any feature of SpellClock at any time
• Change subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice
• Add or remove supported games

Material changes to subscription pricing will be communicated via email with at least 30 days' notice where required by Google Play's policies.

18. Force Updates

SpellClock uses Google Play's In-App Updates API. If a critical update is required (e.g., for security, compatibility, or service continuity), we may issue a force update that prevents continued use of the app until you update to the latest version. Force updates are rare and used only when necessary.

19. Third-Party Services

SpellClock integrates with third-party services including Google Play, Firebase, Google AdMob, Meta Audience Network, and Amazon Web Services (SES). Your use of these services within SpellClock is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by:

• Sending an email to your registered address
• Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page

Continued use of SpellClock after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

21. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of SpellClock should first be raised by contacting us at spellclock@galaxicore.com. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve disputes informally before any formal proceedings.
